A common question I get on the street is "Are you a Photographer". The answer to that is yes. The next question is, "Do you get paid". My answer to that is "When people give me money".
Although I do photography for hire, I rarely deal with the physical aspect. I've never been happy printing with my equipment, and until now, I've been under the impression that online options were sub-par. Charging for my time is an easy concept, thinking about photographs as a product has always been strange to me.
The bare walls in my office have changed my mind. Paint alone does not fix bare walls. I'm sure I'm not the only person that has this problem. I think I get it now.
